We are seeking an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, clinical services, and staff development within a home infusion setting. This leader will ensure safe, compliant delivery of infusion therapies while fostering a culture focused on training, mentorship, and long-term employee success.
Location: Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM with schedule flexibility as needed. Administrative on-call required; pharmacist team participates in rotating on-call coverage.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management.
- Manage, mentor, train, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797>/<800> standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and branch performance initiatives.
- Participate in administrative on-call responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Georgia Pharmacist license.
- 5–7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy.
- Prior infusion pharmacy management experience required.
- Strong leadership experience with a significant focus on staff training, orientation, and development.
- Expertise in IV admixture services, sterile compounding, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with CPR+ / CareTend is highly preferred.
