An established retail pharmacy seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations in a dynamic store environment. This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to oversee a team focused on delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care and to foster strong collaboration with the store operations group.

Schedule:
- Variable Day and Afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a collaborative business relationship with store leadership and pharmacy team members to communicate departmental and company strategies effectively.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
- Drive business profitability by managing inventory, tracking weekly sales, and promoting clinical programs including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when applicable.
- Align performance objectives to key pharmacy department metrics, improving operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service including medical counseling and resolving customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
- Supervise and develop pharmacy staff by directing training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain security and compliance within the pharmacy department.
- Liaise with physicians and utilize resources to resolve prescription-related issues.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy, prioritize daily tasks, and manage critical operational duties such as inventory counts and will-call handling.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
