Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania

A retail pharmacy location is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead their pharmacy team. This direct hire opportunity is based in Williamsport, PA, with a schedule offering flexible shifts including 10-, 11-, and 12-hour options during day and afternoon hours, totaling approximately 69 hours bi-weekly. Immediate start date is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaborative relationships with store operations and communicate strategies to pharmacy staff
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance
• Manage department profitability by driving prescription growth and implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Oversee inventory control and coordinate with district management on pharmaceutical stock orders
• Align team performance with key measurable department metrics for efficiency and effectiveness
• Deliver exceptional customer service including healthcare consultation and resolving issues to build trust
• Supervise, train, coach, and discipline pharmacists and pharmacy associates, promoting continuous development and low turnover
• Maintain pharmacy security and department organization
• Liaise with physicians and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription issues
• Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
