Work Hours:
- Bi-Weekly: 62 hours
- Typical shifts:
- 10-hour shifts: 9am – 7pm
- 11-hour shifts: 9am – 8pm
- 12-hour shifts: 8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm
- Variable day/afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with store operations and pharmacy associates to drive engagement and communicate strategic goals.
- Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance checks.
- Manage the pharmacy’s profitability and growth, including script volume and clinical program implementation such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy District Manager to control inventory, track weekly sales, and order stock efficiently.
- Align department objectives with key performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide exemplary customer service by assisting with medical-related inquiries and counseling.
- Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness and handle customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
- Engage with healthcare providers to resolve prescription issues and use reference materials for decision-making.
- Prioritize and complete essential department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
- Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
