A Retail Pharmacy Manager position is available in Burnham, PA, offering a full-time, direct hire opportunity with flexible scheduling and a critical leadership role in pharmacy operations.

Schedule/Hours:
- 10-hour shifts (typically 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 11-hour shifts (typically 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
- 12-hour shifts (either 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
- Variable day and afternoon shifts, totaling approximately 62 hours bi-weekly
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong collaboration with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate company and department strategies effectively.
- Oversee prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations through diligent Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
- Manage inventory and sales tracking, and lead efforts in implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management for growth and profitability.
- Align department performance objectives to measurable key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver excellent customer service by counseling on medical issues and resolving concerns to build trust and loyalty.
- Provide supervision, training, coaching, and discipline to pharmacy staff to maintain performance and development standards.
- Ensure pharmacy security and cleanliness, along with efficient workflow management including inventory cycle counts and will-call coordination.
- Engage with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues and support customer care needs.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
- Current valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization Certification
