A retail pharmacy location in Burnham, PA is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and grow its pharmacy department. This direct hire opportunity is full-time with variable day and afternoon shifts, offering 10 to 12-hour schedules typically between 8am and 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the store operations team to foster associate engagement and communicate strategic objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of prescription dispensing through diligent Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage pharmacy operations to build profitability and script growth via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Oversee inventory control by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet demand.
  • Align department performance with key metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including medical counseling and resolving inquiries or complaints.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and discipline pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality service.
  • Maintain security and cleanliness of the pharmacy.
  • Engage with physicians and utilize resources to address prescription issues.
  • Prioritize and complete pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail pharmacy setting.

Location: Burnham, PA
Schedule Highlights:

  • 10-hour shifts (9am – 7pm)
  • 11-hour shifts (9am – 8pm)
  • 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm)
  • Variable day/afternoon shifts
