A full-time Pharmacy Manager position is available at a retail pharmacy location in Burnham, PA. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic schedule with variable shifts to support operational needs. Typical shift options include 10-hour shifts (9am – 7pm), 11-hour shifts (9am – 8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm), totaling approximately 62 hours bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the store operations team to drive associate engagement and communicate pharmacy strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in dispensing prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance aligned with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Manage department profitability by promoting script growth, clinical programs such as immunizations, and medication therapy management initiatives.
• Oversee inventory control in coordination with district management, monitoring sales trends and pharmaceutical stock.
• Align departmental performance to key operational metrics ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide excellent customer service, including healthcare counseling and addressing customer concerns.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy associates, leading training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security standards within the pharmacy department.
• Interface with prescribers and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues.
• Keep the pharmacy orderly and manage staff development to enhance performance and reduce turnover.
• Manage daily tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call orders promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
