This Pharmacy Manager opportunity is based in Burnham, PA, at a retail pharmacy setting seeking a dedicated leader to manage daily operations and drive business growth. This direct hire position offers a variable schedule with bi-weekly hours totaling 62, including 10 to 12-hour shifts primarily between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the store operations team while effectively communicating department and corporate strategies to pharmacy staff.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Drive script growth and profitability by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Manage inventory control by working with the District Manager and staff to monitor sales and order pharmaceutical stock accordingly.
  • Align department performance with key metrics to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through medical-related assistance and health counseling.
  • Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff through training, coaching, discipline, and development.
  • Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and operational order.
  • Resolve customer issues and interact with healthcare providers to ensure seamless prescription management.
  • Prioritize and complete essential pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
