Oversee critical home infusion pharmacy operations in a leadership role focused on ensuring safe, effective intravenous therapies delivered in patient homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control.
- Lead recruitment, training, orientation, and performance evaluation of pharmacists and technicians with a strong emphasis on long-term development.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards such as State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP <797/800> compounding guidelines.
- Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes.
- Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and business performance initiatives.
- Provide administrative on-call support as needed, supporting a pharmacist team that rotates regular on-call duties.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Georgia.
- 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience, including home infusion and infusion management.
- Proven leadership skills in managing pharmacy personnel and delivering IV admixture and sterile compounding services.
- Familiarity with CPR+ or CareTend systems highly preferred.
