An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager to oversee the operations of a 50-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility pharmacy in Los Angeles, CA. This contract role is ideal for a pharmacist with supervisory experience seeking a leadership position managing pharmacy operations in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy department operations to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
• Provide leadership and oversight to a team of 8 pharmacy employees.
• Coordinate workflow, staff scheduling, and medication distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current California Pharmacist license is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to an 8 to 12-week assignment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts.
