Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Los Angeles, California

An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a 50-bed Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Los Angeles, CA. This contract position is set to begin as soon as possible and is expected to last approximately 8 to 12 weeks, with the possibility of transitioning to a temp-to-hire role.

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy department operations
• Manage and provide leadership to a team of 8 pharmacy staff members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication management
• Maintain accurate records and inventory controls

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid California Pharmacist license required
• Proven hospital supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to start immediately
