An immediate opening is available for a Pharmacist serving as the Pharmacy-in-Charge (PIC) at a newly established behavioral hospital in Lynchburg, VA. This opportunity involves working at a small facility, which is a joint venture between Centra Health and Lifepoint, offering a unique environment to contribute to patient care and pharmacy operations.

This contract position begins as soon as possible, with an initial duration of 13 weeks. There is potential for the role to transition into a permanent position, filling a current vacancy. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, daytime hours, providing a consistent and manageable routine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Serve as the PIC, managing the safe and efficient distribution of medications

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
