Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager - Macon, GA

A leadership role is available for an experienced pharmacy professional to manage daily operations within an infusion pharmacy setting. This position requires a proactive individual skilled in overseeing pharmacy staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional patient care.

Location:

• Macon, GA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive management and supervision of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain a safe medication environment, promoting best practices in patient care.
• Foster a collaborative and productive workplace culture, acting as both leader and team member.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Georgia pharmacy license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in an infusion pharmacy setting.
• Preferably, prior experience managing an infusion pharmacy.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships within multidisciplinary teams.
