Lead the daily operations of a dynamic infusion pharmacy as a Pharmacy Manager in Macon, GA. This direct hire position offers the opportunity to guide a skilled team of pharmacists and technicians in delivering safe, effective medication care. With a strong focus on compliance, you will ensure that all state and federal regulations are strictly observed while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
- Promote safe medication practices and patient care
- Build and maintain productive, cooperative relationships within the pharmacy team
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Georgia Pharmacy license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an infusion pharmacy setting highly preferred
- Candidates with experience as Inpatient Pharmacy Managers, Clinical Pharmacists with strong IV knowledge, or Specialty Pharmacy Managers are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively as a team leader and member
Location: Macon, GA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
