Exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader to take charge of regional pharmacy operations as Manager of Regional Pharmacy. This direct hire role offers the chance to lead multiple pharmacy sites, drive operational excellence, support financial goals, and champion quality initiatives in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Location: Janesville, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday with 24/7 accountability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all pharmacy operations at assigned sites in partnership with site leadership
  • Assist the Director of Pharmacy in developing and enforcing policies, procedures, and quality assurance practices
  • Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and problem-solving
  • Foster strong communication and relationships with medical staff and hospital departments
  • Lead pharmacy information management initiatives including charge systems and inventory control
  • Participate in key committees such as Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, Information Systems, and Patient Medication Safety
  • Manage human resources duties including hiring, staff development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure pharmacy operations meet established productivity, budget, engagement, and patient outcome goals

Qualifications:

  • PharmD from an accredited institution
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years in supervisory or management roles within pharmacy operations
  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
