Home Infusion Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Marietta, Georgia

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee home infusion pharmacy operations in the Greater Atlanta, GA area. This direct hire role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team providing safe, home-based intravenous therapies while ensuring compliance with strict regulatory standards.

Location: Greater Atlanta, GA Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility required; administrative on-call responsibilities included

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
• Lead recruitment, training, orientation, performance evaluations, and scheduling of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Ensure strict adherence to State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP compounding guidelines
• Collaborate clinically with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes in infusion therapies
• Participate in branch budgeting and workflow optimization to drive operational efficiency and profitability

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia
• 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Proven leadership skills managing pharmacy staff with a strong emphasis on training and development
• In-depth knowledge of IV admixture services, regulatory accreditation requirements, and sterile compounding standards
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems is highly preferred
• Willingness to take administrative on-call duties; regular pharmacist on-call rotation performed by the team
