Pharmacy Manager - Marietta, GA

A leadership opportunity is available for an Infusion Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and clinical services in a home infusion setting. This role is essential for ensuring the safe preparation and delivery of intravenous therapies, leading a dedicated pharmacy team, and maintaining stringent compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct overall pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead recruitment, training, orientation, and performance evaluations for pharmacists and technicians, emphasizing long-term team development
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> sterile compounding guidelines
• Provide clinical oversight by collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize infusion therapy outcomes
• Participate in branch budgeting, resource allocation, workflow improvement, and strategic planning initiatives
• Support administrative on-call duties as needed; pharmacist team participates in regular on-call rotations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice (GA)
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings, including infusion management
• Strong expertise in IV admixture services, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
• Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems is highly preferred
• Flexibility with Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and administrative on-call availability
