Pharmacy Manager Marion, IN

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Marion, Indiana is hiring a Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This role offers a stable weekday schedule, no weekends or holidays, and the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations within a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Lunch daily: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight
• Prepare and verify prescription orders while collaborating with providers as needed
• Oversee medication ordering, inventory control, storage, and controlled substance management
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, patient data, insurance claims, and compliance reporting
• Ensure pharmacy operations meet regulatory, safety, and best-practice standards
• Support retail pharmacy operations, including new pharmacy openings and telepharmacy services
• Address patient concerns and maintain a professional, patient-friendly pharmacy environment
• Partner with executive leadership on operational planning and staff development

Requirements

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
• Active Indiana Pharmacist license
• Certified immunizer
• 3+ years of pharmacy management experience preferred
• Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or 340B program strongly preferred
