Pharmacy Manager - Merkel, TX

Lead pharmacy operations as a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) in a dynamic healthcare setting located in Abilene, TX. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to oversee daily pharmacy functions, guide a dedicated team, and contribute to patient care excellence.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, ensuring compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Manage and support the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and superior patient service.
• Oversee compounding activities, including both sterile and non-sterile preparations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relevant to pharmacy operations.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the pharmacy.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License is required.
• Willingness to obtain multiple state licenses over time.
• Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience, with prior PIC experience preferred.
