Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations and staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Oversee compounding processes, workflow efficiency, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and expand business
• Drive business growth and improve operational performance
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, with leadership over all pharmacy activities

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in eventual business ownership
