Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including oversight of compounding and retail workflows
• Lead and support pharmacy staff consisting of one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and manage inventory effectively
• Develop strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and business growth
• Drive operational performance with an entrepreneurial approach
• Potentially assume the role of Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active or eligible for an Arizona pharmacist license
• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy settings preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in business development and ownership
