A retail pharmacy manager position is available in Mifflinburg, PA, offering a direct hire opportunity with a full-time schedule. This role involves managing day-to-day operations at a retail pharmacy location, focusing on both team leadership and customer service excellence.

Location: Mifflinburg, PA
Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts (typically 9am – 7pm)
• 11-hour shifts (typically 9am – 8pm)
• 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm)
  Variable day and afternoon shifts with a bi-weekly total of 62 hours.
  Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong collaboration with store operations and lead pharmacy associates to align with company strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Drive business growth by promoting clinical programs like immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee inventory management, order pharmaceutical stock, and monitor weekly sales to maximize profitability.
• Align team performance with key department metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide excellent healthcare counseling and resolve customer inquiries to build trust and loyalty.
• Supervise, train, coach, and discipline pharmacy staff to maintain high performance and a positive working environment.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of the pharmacy department.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to handle prescription-related issues.
• Manage operational tasks such as cycle counts, inventory control, and will-calls in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
