Schedule & Hours:

  • 62 hours bi-weekly
  • Variable day and afternoon shifts
  • Typical 10-hour shifts: 9am – 7pm
  • Typical 11-hour shifts: 9am – 8pm
  • 12-hour shifts: 8am – 8pm or 9am – 9pm
    Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong partnerships with store operations to drive associate engagement and align pharmacy initiatives with company strategy.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance per regulatory standards.
  • Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and optimize profitability.
  • Lead pharmacy staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness and reduce turnover.
  • Implement clinical programs that support script growth, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing medical inquiries and providing healthcare counseling.
  • Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints to build trust and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and reference materials to resolve prescription-related questions.
  • Prioritize department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory control, and managing will-call orders to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
