A retail pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead operations, manage staff, and drive business growth. This position is located in Burnham, PA and offers a direct hire opportunity with varied 10- to 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store operations and pharmacy teams to align department goals with company strategy.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing all prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance according to state and federal regulations.
  • Manage inventory, track weekly sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet demand and maximize profitability.
  • Promote clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to support script growth.
  • Lead, train, coach, and discipline pharmacy associates while fostering a productive and engaged team environment.
  • Maintain pharmacy security and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the department.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify prescription issues.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
  • Demonstrated leadership and operational management skills in a retail pharmacy setting

Schedule:

  • Variable shifts including 10-hour (9am-7pm), 11-hour (9am-8pm), and 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm or 9am-9pm)
