• Lead the department to build profitability by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Monitor inventory and sales trends alongside the pharmacy District Manager to optimize stock levels and maximize profits.
• Align team performance with key departmental metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing medical-related inquiries and providing healthcare counseling.
• Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, directing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain pharmacy security and ensure the workspace is clean and orderly.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to build trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, using reference materials to clarify prescription concerns.
• Oversee daily pharmacy tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and customer will-calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
