Pharmacy Manager in Montoursville, PA

Oversee the operations and strategic growth of a retail pharmacy within a dynamic grocery store setting in Williamsport, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaborative relationships with store operations to enhance team engagement and communicate pharmacy and company strategies clearly.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations through precise prescription verification and Drug Utilization Reviews.
• Drive scripted growth and profitability by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Manage pharmacy inventory and sales tracking in coordination with the district manager.
• Set, align, and manage performance objectives based on seven critical department metrics.
• Deliver excellent healthcare counseling and resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
• Supervise, train, coach, and manage pharmacists and pharmacy staff, ensuring departmental security and compliance.
• Engage with healthcare providers to resolve prescription inquiries and maintain pharmacy standards.
• Prioritize and oversee pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts and will-call management to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Active Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

• 10 to 12-hour shifts, ranging between 8 AM and 9 PM.
• Variable day and afternoon shifts totaling approximately 69 hours bi-weekly.
