Pharmacy Manager in Moorpark, CA

An opportunity is available for an Interim Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor to lead the oncology infusion pharmacy operations. This role involves managing a dedicated team within the Oncology Infusion Center, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee pharmacy operations within the Oncology Infusion Center.
• Lead a team of 6 full-time employees, including 3 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians.
• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for the pharmacy.
• Ensure adherence to USP standards and oncology infusion pharmacy workflows.
• Collaborate and report directly to the Director of Pharmacy.
• Maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist License is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy, with a focus on oncology infusion.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) designation is preferred.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of USP guidelines and oncology infusion procedures.
