Pharmacy Manager - New York, NY

This opportunity is for a Permanent Pharmacy Manager position based in Bronx, NY. The role focuses on leading daily pharmacy operations within a busy pharmacy setting, emphasizing compliance, patient safety, and quality assurance. This direct hire position offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and the pharmacy is closed on most federal holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of pharmacy workflow, inventory, and overall operations.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and pharmacy practice standards.
• Maintain adherence to health center and operational policies.
• Oversee prescription verification, accurate dispensing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 5 years as a pharmacist.
• At least 3 years in a pharmacy management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights, no weekends
• Closed most federal holidays
