This leadership role manages the daily operations and clinical services of a home infusion pharmacy, specializing in safe, home-based intravenous therapies. The manager oversees sterile compounding, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and branch performance to ensure quality patient care and business success.

Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule flexibility and administrative on-call responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management
  • Lead and develop pharmacy staff through recruitment, training, orientation, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure strict compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> sterile compounding standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain clinical expertise and optimize infusion therapy outcomes
  • Participate in branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Support and rotate pharmacist on-call duties, taking administrative on-call when required

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Georgia
  • 5-7 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
  • Strong knowledge of IV admixture techniques, regulatory accreditation, and pharmacy staff leadership
  • Experience with CPR+ and CareTend systems highly preferred
  • Emphasis on training and orientation to foster long-term team success
