Position Details

• Location: Norwich, NY
• Position: Pharmacy Manager
• Type: Interim or Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Pay: Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge and maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
• Manage pharmacy staff, scheduling, payroll, and inventory
• Lead and train pharmacy associates
• Ensure completion of required training and compliance programs
• Provide immunizations, MTM, wellness services, and patient counseling
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medications and therapies
• Monitor patient progress and medication adherence
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Support pharmacy business development within the store and community

Requirements

• Active New York Pharmacist license
• Immunization certification required
• Must be comfortable administering all vaccines
• Recent Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to oversee pharmacy operations and staff independently
