A leadership opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to oversee clinical pharmacy services across multiple campuses of a major medical center in San Francisco, CA. This role provides the chance to direct and innovate within a large, well-established hospital environment serving diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical pharmacy team in planning, supporting, and evaluating pharmacy operations across all campuses.
  • Develop, implement, and assess clinical pharmacy programs focused on excellence and continuity of care.
  • Create and deliver educational and training initiatives for pharmacy staff and hospital personnel.
  • Uphold department quality assurance standards, including medication safety, drug use evaluation, and adverse reaction monitoring.
  • Manage drug information resources to support evidence-based clinical decisions.
  • Serve as Director of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program and co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
  • Active California Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmacy, with significant clinical coordinator or management roles.
  • Proven supervisory experience with oversight of residency programs.
  • Strong leadership and program development skills.

Location: San Francisco, CA

This fully direct-hire position offers a competitive salary range of $206,000 to $330,000 annually, reflecting the critical leadership responsibilities of this role.
