Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Ogdensburg, New York

This opportunity seeks an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations at a busy retail location in Ogdensburg, NY. The ideal candidate will take full accountability for regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership while delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Register as Supervising Pharmacist or Pharmacist-in-Charge with the State Board of Pharmacy • Ensure pharmacy compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations • Lead daily pharmacy operations including budget management, payroll, scheduling, and inventory control • Guide and evaluate pharmacy staff performance, training, and regulatory adherence • Participate in community outreach and business development initiatives • Provide patient counseling, immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and wellness services • Monitor and optimize patient drug therapies through active consultation and continuous quality improvement • Maintain an organized, compliant, and professional work environment • Complete required continuing education and other duties as assigned

Desired Experience and Qualifications: • Active New York State Pharmacist License • Immunization certification with proficiency in administering all vaccines (required) • Recent pharmacy manager or supervisory experience preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to pharmacy standards

Schedule: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Closed Sundays
