Position Details

• Location: Oneonta, NY
• Position: Pharmacy Manager
• Type: Interim or Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Pay: Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and maintain regulatory compliance
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy department
• Manage pharmacy staff, scheduling, payroll, and inventory
• Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy associates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and required training
• Provide immunizations, MTM, and wellness services
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medications and therapies
• Monitor patient progress and medication adherence
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs
• Support pharmacy business development within the store and community

Requirements

• Active New York Pharmacist license
• Immunization certification required
• Must be comfortable administering all vaccines
• Recent Pharmacy Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to independently oversee pharmacy operations and staff
