Pharmacy Manager - Oxnard, CA

An opportunity is available for an Interim Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor to lead pharmacy operations within an Oncology Infusion Center. This position involves oversight of a dedicated team consisting of 3 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. The role includes acting as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Oncology Infusion Center pharmacy
• Supervise and support a team of 6 full-time employees (pharmacists and pharmacy technicians)
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to oncology infusion and pharmacy services
• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing pharmacy practices and policies
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California Pharmacist License is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacist experience, with a focus on oncology infusion
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credential preferred
• Proven leadership and operational management skills
• Thorough knowledge of USP standards and oncology infusion workflows
