Pharmacy Manager in Phoenix, AZ

An established independent compounding pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Managing Pharmacist to lead daily operations and help grow the business, with a long-term opportunity for ownership. Assignment Type: Contract to hire
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  Script Volume: Under 100 scripts per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and supervise staff, including one compounding technician and one retail technician
• Oversee compounding processes, workflow management, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and prescribers in the community
• Drive business growth and improve operational performance
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a genuine interest in future ownership opportunities
