Pharmacy Manager - Phoenix, AZ

Assignment Details:

• Contract to hire, 3-month initial term
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Prescription volume: Under 100 scripts per day
• Pharmacy staff: 1 compounding technician, 1 retail technician
• Pharmacy system: PioneerRx

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall pharmacy operations, including staff supervision
• Oversee compounding, workflow efficiency, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
• Cultivate strong relationships with patients and prescribers to enhance service and growth
• Drive business development and operational improvements
• Potentially serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, taking full ownership responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven leadership and effective communication abilities
• Experience in compounding and independent pharmacy environments highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit with genuine interest in growing and owning a pharmacy business
