An interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) position is open for a retail pharmacy located in Mesa, AZ, offering an 8-week contract duration, which may be adjusted based on mutual agreement. There is potential for this role to transition into a permanent position if the fit is successful.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• Previous supervisor or pharmacy manager experience strongly preferred
• Licensed and in good standing to serve as Pharmacist in Charge
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
