This opportunity is for an experienced professional to lead operations as a Pharmacy Manager in a retail setting located in Sterling, IL. The role involves oversight and management of medication procurement and dispensing, ensuring all processes comply with professional standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, including procurement and dispensing of medications.
• Verify prescribed medications in accordance with professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal laws.
• Achieve business goals and operational metrics for the pharmacy.
• Oversee fiscal management to optimize profitability and control expenses, working closely with senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacy License.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.
• Management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
