Pharmacy Manager - Rock Falls, IL

A permanent opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Manager to lead retail pharmacy operations in Sterling, IL. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable and manageable workweek.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations, including procurement and dispensing of medications
• Verify prescription accuracy and ensure compliance with professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal regulations
• Drive achievement of business goals and pharmacy performance metrics
• Oversee fiscal management of the pharmacy, optimizing profits and controlling expenses with oversight from senior management

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Illinois pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Prior management experience is preferred but not required
