Clinical Pharmacy Manager (Direct Hire) - San Francisco, CA

A new permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager with a leading health system in the Bay Area.

This role will provide clinical pharmacy leadership across multiple hospital campuses and oversee the implementation, development, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services.

• Salary: $206,000–$330,000/year

• Oversight of clinical pharmacy staff and services
• Leadership of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
• Co-chair of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, manage, and coordinate clinical pharmacy staff and clinical pharmacy activities
• Develop and implement educational and training programs for pharmacy and hospital staff
• Develop, market, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs
• Oversee medication safety, quality assurance, drug use evaluations, and adverse drug reaction monitoring
• Maintain and support drug information resources
• Serve as Director of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
• Co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee
• Evaluate and ensure continuity of clinical pharmacy services across campuses

Ideal Candidate:
• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active California Pharmacist license
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience
• Previous Clinical Coordinator or Clinical Pharmacy Manager experience
• Experience overseeing a pharmacy residency program
• Previous pharmacy supervisory or leadership experience
