This interim leadership role requires a Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee pharmaceutical services at a 250-bed hospital. Reporting directly to the Director of Pharmacy, this position ensures seamless delivery of clinical, financial, and administrative pharmacy operations. The assignment spans 3 to 6 months, with an immediate start date, ideal for an experienced manager ready to lead with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations, maintaining compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Plan, organize, and manage workflow to optimize pharmaceutical care delivery.
• Hire, train, and support pharmacy staff to build a high-performing team.
• Facilitate communication within the Pharmacy Management team and serve as liaison to physicians and hospital personnel.
• Leverage hospital and community resources to address operational requirements.
• Assume duties of the Director of Pharmacy during their absence to ensure continuous leadership.
