Pharmacy Manager in Santa Cruz, CA

Lead pharmaceutical care delivery as an Interim Pharmacy Operations Manager in a dynamic 250-bed hospital in Northern California. Responsibilities include:

• Managing clinical, financial, administrative, and information systems within the pharmacy to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating workflow to optimize service delivery.
• Hiring, training, and mentoring pharmacy staff to develop a high-performing team.
• Serving as the primary liaison between pharmacy management, physicians, and hospital personnel.
• Upholding compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Leveraging hospital and community resources to address operational needs effectively.
• Assuming the responsibilities of the Director of Pharmacy as needed during their absence.
