We’re seeking a Senior Manager – Inpatient Pharmacy Operations to lead pharmacy services at a growing inpatient hospital campus in Seattle, WA. This role oversees day-to-day inpatient pharmacy operations across a multi-building facility with planned expansion of inpatient services and increased operational scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of all day-to-day inpatient pharmacy operations
  • Lead pharmacy personnel management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and staff development
  • Manage operational and project budgets to support departmental goals and growth initiatives
  • Represent pharmacy leadership in interdisciplinary meetings and organizational committees
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize patient care across the continuum of care
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
  • Support strategic planning and expansion of inpatient pharmacy services
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, patient safety, and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • PharmD or BS in Pharmacy  
  • Washington Pharmacist license or ability to obtain prior to start
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inpatient/Clinical Pharmacist
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmacy leadership experience with direct reports and hiring/firing authority
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing operational and/or project budgets
  • Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare leaders
