Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Selah, Washington

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a busy pharmacy serving a diverse community. This role requires a dedicated professional willing to relocate to the Wapato, WA area, managing daily pharmacy operations with a focus on community care.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Managing pharmacy technicians and supporting staff
• Controlling inventory and ensuring proper stock levels
• Maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing excellent customer service to a large Spanish-speaking population (bilingual Spanish skills a plus but not required)
• Creating a welcoming environment with clear communication and attention to patient needs

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with skills in pharmacy management
• Pharmacy management experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and an approachable, service-oriented personality
• Willingness to relocate to Wapato, WA
• Spanish language ability is advantageous but not essential

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
