Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time
Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 11-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• 12-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Variable days and afternoon shifts
• Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate effective collaboration with store operations to enhance associate engagement and communicate strategy clearly to the pharmacy team.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations by conducting Drug Utilization Reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Manage department profitability and drive prescription growth through clinical initiatives such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Oversee inventory management and work with district management to align stock levels with customer demand and financial targets.
• Lead, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and foster trust and satisfaction.
• Maintain pharmacy security, operational cleanliness, and adherence to protocols.
• Prioritize daily department tasks including cycle counts, inventory control, and customer will-calls to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
• Experience in retail pharmacy management is highly desirable
