An established retail pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations and ensure excellent pharmaceutical services at a Sunbury, PA location. This direct hire opportunity offers full-time hours with a dynamic schedule designed to meet business and customer needs.

Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts with 10 to 12-hour shifts (typically 9am–7pm, 9am–8pm, or 8am–8pm)
Hours: Approximately 69 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with the store operations team while engaging pharmacy associates in department and company strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all prescriptions by performing thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance consistent with state and federal regulations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and work closely with the District Manager to optimize stock levels and meet customer demand.
- Drive business profitability and prescription growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
- Supervise, train, and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a productive and high-performing team environment.
- Address customer concerns promptly to build trust and loyalty within the community.
- Maintain pharmacy security and ensure the department is orderly and compliant with standards.
- Maintain strong professional interactions with healthcare providers to resolve prescription and medical-related queries.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
- Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
- Proven leadership experience in retail pharmacy management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
This role offers a competitive hourly rate starting from $59.50 up to $71.50 or higher depending on qualifications.
