Supervising Pharmacist - Shenandoah, Iowa

A permanent Pharmacy Manager position is available at a retail location in Clarinda, IA, offering an opportunity to lead pharmacy operations in a dynamic community setting.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications in strict compliance with professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and clinical care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients to address questions and concerns about their medication therapy, ensuring a thorough understanding and promoting safe use.

Qualifications:

• Active Iowa pharmacist license is required.
• Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience in a retail setting or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and collaboration.
