The Pharmacy Manager ensures the accuracy of all prescriptions, adhering to state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and final quality assurance processes. This role focuses on building a profitable business by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), managing inventory to meet customer demand, and supporting script growth.

Key duties also involve monitoring department performance aligned with key metrics, delivering exceptional customer service through healthcare counseling, supervising pharmacists and support staff, and directing training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed. The Pharmacy Manager maintains pharmacy security, resolves customer concerns efficiently, and liaises with healthcare providers to address prescription issues. Keeping the pharmacy organized and up to date with ongoing staff development initiatives is essential to reduce turnover and control labor costs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree with a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License and Pennsylvania Immunization License. Experience in retail pharmacy management and strong leadership skills will be highly valued.

Schedule includes variable day and afternoon shifts to support operational needs.
