A full-time Pharmacy Manager opportunity is available in a retail setting in Mill Hall, PA. This direct hire position requires a skilled professional capable of overseeing pharmacy operations while fostering collaboration with store teams to enhance business performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations through accurate prescription filling, Drug Utilization Review, and Quality Assurance.
  • Manage inventory control, order pharmaceutical stock, and analyze weekly sales to maximize profitability.
  • Align department objectives with key performance metrics driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with customers to provide healthcare counseling, resolve issues, and build loyalty.
  • Collaborate with physicians and utilize reference materials to address prescription concerns.
  • Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Implement and promote clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management.
  • Prioritize and complete daily pharmacy tasks including cycle counts and will-call management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization Certification.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy staff.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.

Schedule:
