Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with store operations to enhance associate engagement and communicate company strategies.
• Oversee prescription accuracy by conducting thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and final quality assurance adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Manage inventory and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand while maximizing profits.
• Implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to support script growth.
• Align team performance to key departmental metrics, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide expert healthcare counseling and resolve customer inquiries to build trust and loyalty.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, ensuring proper training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness.
• Engage with healthcare providers and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription issues.
• Prioritize daily pharmacy operations including cycle counts, inventory control, and customer will-calls.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
