Lead the pharmacy team in a dynamic retail environment as a Pharmacy Manager in Burnham, PA. This direct hire role involves overseeing pharmacy operations with a focus on collaboration, compliance, and customer-centered care.

Schedule and Hours:

  • Typically 62 hours bi-weekly
  • Shifts include 10-hour (9am–7pm), 11-hour (9am–8pm), and 12-hour (8am–8pm or 9am–9pm) options
  • Variable day and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong partnerships with store operations and pharmacy associates, driving engagement and strategy communication
  • Ensure prescription accuracy through thorough Drug Utilization Review and final quality checks in line with state and federal regulations
  • Manage pharmacy business objectives to maximize profitability and growth through clinical programs, immunizations, and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
  • Collaborate with district management for inventory oversight and optimize stock levels
  • Align team performance with key operational metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide expert healthcare counseling and resolve patient concerns to build trust and loyalty
  • Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
  • Prioritize and oversee day-to-day department tasks, including inventory control and customer follow-up

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
  • Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
