Oversee pharmacy operations within a vibrant retail environment as the Pharmacy Manager at a well-established location in Burnham, PA. This direct hire role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated pharmacy team, optimize pharmacy performance, and deliver excellent patient care while managing day-to-day activities.

Schedule & Hours:

• Bi-weekly hours: 62
• Shifts vary between 10 to 12 hours: • 10-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 11-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM • 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Variable day and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store operations to enhance associate engagement and communicate strategic goals.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and support script growth by implementing clinical programs, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Lead, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, managing performance, training, and disciplinary matters.
• Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer concerns, and build patient loyalty.
• Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and comply with all operational policies.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve prescription issues and gather relevant patient information.
• Monitor key performance metrics to drive departmental effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License
