Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacy Manager for a permanent, direct-hire job in the Rockford, IL area. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining an active presence in daily pharmacy operations.

- Setting: Retail Pharmacy
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
- Assist with the procurement and dispensing of medications.
- Verify prescribed medications in accordance with professional standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services.
- Drive business goals, performance metrics, and operational excellence.
- Oversee fiscal management of the pharmacy to optimize profitability and control expenses.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and continued pharmacy growth.
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational and business objectives.
