A leadership opportunity awaits in home infusion pharmacy management in the Greater Atlanta Area. This direct hire position requires expertise in managing pharmacy operations and staff focused on providing safe, effective home-based intravenous therapies. The role demands a strategic leader passionate about training, culture, and long-term success.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Flexible scheduling and administrative on-call availability required

Location:

  • Stone Mountain, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory management.
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and supervise pharmacists and technicians.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards such as State Boards of Pharmacy and USP compounding guidelines.
  • Maintain clinical expertise in infusion therapies; collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to branch budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous performance improvements.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing pharmacy personnel and training programs.
  • Familiarity with CPR+ and CareTend systems is highly preferred.

This role requires participation in administrative on-call duties while the pharmacist team rotates regular on-call responsibilities.
