Home Infusion Supervising Pharmacy Manager | Stone Mountain, Georgia

Lead the operations of a home infusion pharmacy, ensuring top-quality patient care through safe intravenous therapies administered in the home setting. This Direct Hire opportunity calls for a seasoned pharmacy professional with a strong background in infusion pharmacy management and a commitment to staff development and regulatory compliance.

Location: Greater Atlanta, GA Area (Stone Mountain vicinity)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with schedule flexibility and administrative on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling for pharmacists and technicians
• Ensure adherence to State Board of Pharmacy laws and USP compounding guidelines to maintain strict regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Engage in budgeting, workflow optimization, and other business strategy initiatives to drive branch profitability and efficiency

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Georgia
• 5-7 years of combined clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on staff training and orientation for long-term success
• Strong knowledge of IV admixture services and regulatory accreditation processes
• Familiarity with CPR+/CareTend software is highly preferred

Additional Details:
Administrative on-call duties will be required as needed, with a rotational schedule for the pharmacist team’s regular on-call responsibilities.
