Pharmacy Manager in Stoughton, WI

Schedule: Monday through Friday with 24/7 accountability

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal and hospital policies
• Collaborate with system pharmacy leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and problem-solving
• Build and maintain effective relationships with medical staff and hospital departments
• Develop and manage pharmacy information systems, charge processes, and inventory controls
• Participate actively in committees including Pharmacy & Therapeutics, Safety, Patient Medication Safety, and others as assigned
• Manage human resource functions—hiring, staff development, performance evaluations, and employee relations
• Achieve productivity, budget, engagement, and patient safety goals within pharmacy operations
• Support the Director of Pharmacy in policy development and quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmacy supervisory or management roles
• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
