A leading retail pharmacy seeks a full-time Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy location in Mifflinburg, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage pharmacy associates while collaborating with store operations to align department goals with company strategy.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance for all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance protocols.
• Manage inventory control, order pharmaceutical stock, and implement clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) to increase script growth.
• Monitor and achieve performance objectives based on key pharmacy metrics.
• Provide excellent patient care by addressing medical queries and counseling customers.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and organization.
• Resolve customer issues to foster trust and loyalty.
• Establish communication with physicians and use reference materials for prescription problem-solving.
• Oversee department tasks such as cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call follow-ups in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license.
• Current Pennsylvania immunization license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retail pharmacy management preferred.

Schedule:

• Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly with variable shifts.
• Typical 10-hour shifts: 9 AM – 7 PM.
• Typical 11-hour shifts: 9 AM – 8 PM.
• 12-hour shifts: 8 AM – 8 PM or 9 AM – 9 PM.
