Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong partnership with store operations and pharmacy staff, promoting clear communication and engagement.
• Oversee the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance.
• Drive profitable pharmacy business growth by implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Manage pharmacy inventory to meet customer demand and maximize profitability in coordination with the District Manager.
• Align departmental objectives with key performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor pharmacists and pharmacy associates, handling training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure pharmacy security and resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with physicians and leverage resources to address prescription-related issues.
• Maintain departmental organization, cleanliness, and compliance with ongoing training initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
